How to define "enough" ?
You have talked enough as long as your partner does and continues to do what you expect of him or her. Besides, your partner sait-il/elle exactly what you expect him or her? Just ask her and let them respond .
We have deliberately used the word "talk " instead of " contact ." By "talk" we mean a personal conversation , "face to face " and not a meeting of several people. We , in this regard, consciously ignored the modern means of communication such as telephone (mobile) , e -mail and video conferencing .
The following issues relating to a personal conversation , you may inspire a way to reflect your organization :

    
Who uses e -mail to discuss problems with others ... and why?
    
Our meetings are they efficient and productive ?
    
Do we not talk too much in situations (sales) ? or Do we listen ?
    
Are we sufficiently specific in our feedback to our partner ?
    
Do not we say (sometimes) "yes" for convenience , so we think "no" ?
    
Are we sufficiently oriented towards the resolution of problematic situations ?
    
What our empathy ?
    
What helps us to better understand what the speaker really mean?
    
What is the importance of eye contact ?
    
What our patience when people meet us?
    
What is the right attitude to listen ?
    
We are also able to hear how something is said (and not just ' words used ') ? What is the importance of body language?
    
We have the ability to speak loudly ?
    
Can we get our message with brevity and power ?
    
How do we use our hands when we talk ?
    
What do we do breaks?
    
How do we take a sincere, honest and respectful behavior ?
    
Do we know enough , we and others?
    
How bad news or a nasty message do we communicate ?
    
How can we hire someone and resume ?
    
How do we manage a confrontation?
    
How do we achieve a performance appraisal ?
